1. Notice of Infringement
AICINEO respects intellectual property and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
2. Filing a Notice
To file a takedown notice, send a written communication including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar identifying information and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
4. Repeat Infringers
We will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
