By accessing or using AICINEO (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AICINEO is a streaming platform for discovering, watching, and sharing AI-generated and AI-assisted films, series, and shorts. The Service includes free and paid (Premium and rental) content. We may modify or discontinue any feature at any time without notice.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
4. Content & Ownership
Content on AICINEO is owned by the creators who upload it and/or their respective rights holders. You may not download, redistribute, or publicly perform content without permission. AICINEO claims no ownership over user-uploaded content.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload, post, or share unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit material; not to impersonate others; not to circumvent access controls; and not to scrape or overload the Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
6. Payments, Premium & Rentals
Premium memberships and rentals are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions recur until canceled; you can cancel anytime from your account. Rentals grant a limited-time viewing window that begins when you first press play. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AICINEO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
